Antique (horror like) photo of a child with glass eyes and real (!) hair from 1890-1910 in wooden frame.

A rare and unique find, that can be seen in a museum, or here at Etsy. A horror like antique photograph from around 1880-1910.. of a little girl / daughter, with lifelike realistic glass eyes on the photo attached instead of her real eyes.. and.. with real(!) hair from the child, thats also been dressed the way she supposedly would have had it.

On the back there is also a hand written message in dutch.. that says “Groeten van vader” “Greetings from dad”

It was very common during that period to have also something physical of a loved one, with you when you would travel as a physical item to remember a loved one, I keep it stored somewhere outside of my house, just to be sure….
